                            RESOLUTION NO.   21174 
                
                
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR OF
                 THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS TO EXECUTE AND
                 THE CITY FINANCE OFFICER TO ATTEST AN AGREEMENT
                 WITH CBL TERRACE LIMITED PARTNERSHIP FOR THE
                 INSTALLATION OF TRAFFIC SIGNAL CONTROLS AT
                 HAMILTON PLACE BOULEVARD AND COMMONS BOULEVARD.
                
                
                                                    
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that the Administrator of the Department
       of Public Works and the City Finance Officer be and are hereby
       authorized to execute and attest, respectively, an Agreement with 

       CBL Terrace Limited Partnership whereby the City of Chattanooga
       will design, purchase and install traffic signal controls at the
       intersection of Hamilton Place Boulevard and Commons Boulevard;
       and
       	    	 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that in accordance with said
       Agreement CBL Terrace Limited Partnership will pay to the City of 

       Chattanooga the cost for traffic signs, signals, poles and
       associated equipment within thirty (30) days, which total cost
       shall not exceed Forty-Five Thousand, Six Hundred Seventy-Five 
and
       08/100 Dollars ($45,675.08), with the City maintaining said
       traffic signals after installation.
